Carrot Potato Croquette Noodle
Ingredients
Croquette Material A:
- 2 potatoes uk. Medium (boil / fry and puree)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon flour
- to taste Panir flour
- 1 egg shake beaten
- to taste Salt, pepper, flavoring
Croquette Material B:
- 1/2 chopped Bombay onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 clove shallot
- Carrots cut into cubes to taste
- Noodle Basket Ingredients:
- Instant noodles 1 pack (boil, drain)
Instructions
- Mix croquette A except for panir flour and eggs, then saute ingredients B until fragrant. Mix into ingredient A.
- Make the material into a round shape, then dip it in an egg whisk, then apply to panir flour. Let stand 5-10mn in the freezer.
- Take 3 strands of noodles then form braids. Fry in hot, deep oil with medium heat.
