Carrot Potato Croquette Noodle

Ingredients

Croquette Material A:


  • 2 potatoes uk. Medium (boil / fry and puree)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • to taste Panir flour
  • 1 egg shake beaten
  • to taste Salt, pepper, flavoring


Croquette Material B:


  • 1/2 chopped Bombay onion
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 clove shallot
  • Carrots cut into cubes to taste
  • Noodle Basket Ingredients:
  • Instant noodles 1 pack (boil, drain)





Instructions



  1. Mix croquette A except for panir flour and eggs, then saute ingredients B until fragrant. Mix into ingredient A.
