Meat Potato Omlet
Ingredients
- 1-2 potatoes (medium size)
- 1 carrot
- to taste minced meat
- 1/2 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Broth Powder
- 2 chicken eggs
- The oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel potatoes & carrots, wash thoroughly and grate. Slice the onion
- Saute the meat with oil, until it changes color, then add onions, potatoes and carrots, cook until cooked, remove and drain from the remaining oil, then put in a bowl.
- The results of the stir-fry earlier, were given salt, ground pepper, powdered broth, and 2 eggs, stirring until blended.
- Prepare Teflon with only low heat, apply a little oil, put all the ingredients in the Teflon stir fry, cook until cooked 2 sides and back, lift and serve with tomato / chili sauce according to taste
