Meat Potato Omlet



Ingredients

  • 1-2 potatoes (medium size)
  • 1 carrot
  • to taste minced meat
  • 1/2 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Broth Powder
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • The oil for frying




Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes & carrots, wash thoroughly and grate. Slice the onion
  2. Saute the meat with oil, until it changes color, then add onions, potatoes and carrots, cook until cooked, remove and drain from the remaining oil, then put in a bowl.
  3. The results of the stir-fry earlier, were given salt, ground pepper, powdered broth, and 2 eggs, stirring until blended.
  4. Prepare Teflon with only low heat, apply a little oil, put all the ingredients in the Teflon stir fry, cook until cooked 2 sides and back, lift and serve with tomato / chili sauce according to taste
