Manado Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients


  • 80 grm oatmeal
  • 250 grm pumpkin
  • 100 grm sweet corn
  • 150 grm spinach
  • 1 bag of scallions
  • 1 handful of basil leaves
  • 600 ml of water


Seasoning


  • 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing
  • 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 lemongrass
  • To taste salt and sugar
  • Complement
  • Fried anchovies / anchovies
  • Chili shrimp paste







Instructions



  1. Prepare all ingredients
  2. Boil sweet corn until done, boil spinach until done, drain the juice and squeeze the coarse chop. Steam the pumpkin until soft, mash, set aside

  5. Add the sauces, salt, pumpkin sugar and sweet corn. Mix well and cook until boiling. Add the spinach and chives. Stir well
  6. Add basil, stir and taste correction. Lift
  7. Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried anchovies and chili paste.
