Manado Oatmeal Porridge
Ingredients
- 80 grm oatmeal
- 250 grm pumpkin
- 100 grm sweet corn
- 150 grm spinach
- 1 bag of scallions
- 1 handful of basil leaves
- 600 ml of water
Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of oil for sauteing
- 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 lemongrass
- To taste salt and sugar
- Complement
- Fried anchovies / anchovies
- Chili shrimp paste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients
- Boil sweet corn until done, boil spinach until done, drain the juice and squeeze the coarse chop. Steam the pumpkin until soft, mash, set aside
- Prepare a frying pan, heat the saute oil of garlic until fragrant. Add pepper powder, stir well. Lift and set aside
- Prepare a pan, add water, cook lemongrass until it boils. Add oatmeal, stir and cook until soft.
- Add the sauces, salt, pumpkin sugar and sweet corn. Mix well and cook until boiling. Add the spinach and chives. Stir well
- Add basil, stir and taste correction. Lift
- Serve warm with a sprinkling of fried anchovies and chili paste.
